By accessing this website (the “Site”) you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”). You must not  continue to use any services (including accessing this Site at https://www.pfida.com/ ) provided by Pfida if you do not agree to all of the T&Cs stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these T&Cs, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements.

Client”, “You” “Your”, and “User”  refers to you, the person who accesses this Site and is compliant with the Company’s T&Cs. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Pfida Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with company registration number 10347817. “Party” or “Parties” refers to both the Client and Ourselves.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same unless specified or context requires otherwise.

The following organisations may link to our Site without prior written approval:

  • Take legal action through the courts of England and Wales. These T&Cs, and any related agreements, will be governed by the laws of England Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

Amendments to These Terms
We may update these T&Cs periodically to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. When changes are made a notice will be posted on our Site, however, you should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to these T&Cs.
